📋 Description

• Install, configure, and test Isensix monitoring equipment at customer facilities. • Perform onsite and remote maintenance, calibration, and system upgrades. • Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions. • Provide customer training on system operation, best practices, and troubleshooting basics. • Document service activities, including reports, logs, parts usage, and recommendations. • Maintain strong communication with the Service team, Project Manager, and customers. • Adhere to company standards for quality, safety, and compliance. • Serve as a professional, confident representative of Isensix during customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in field service, electronics, or in a laboratory environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. • Ability to diagnose system issues using technical documentation and tools. • General knowledge of GLPs. • Comfort working independently with minimal onsite supervision. • Willingness and ability to travel for up to one week or 75% of the time. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
