📋 Description

• Lead overall program execution, resource management, and performance tracking in accordance with HHS EPLC and PM framework • Serve as the primary liaison with the COR, Contracting Officer, and IHS OIT leadership • Oversee project planning, SLAs, and deliverables across all task areas • Manage risk, change control, and process improvement initiatives • Maintain key program documentation including management, quality control, and tactical operations plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Engineering (Master's preferred) • Minimum 10 years of IT program/project management experience, including 5 years on federal IT O&M contracts • PMP or PgMP certification (required); ITIL v4 Foundation (required within 90 days) • Proven experience managing large, complex federal IT service contracts
