📋 Description

• Develop and execute effective strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and potential clients. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to provide exceptional customer service, maintain client retention and maximize revenue. • Accurately forecast business on a quarterly cadence. • Display a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts. • Analyze client performance and recommend strategies to drive business performance. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to provide exceptional customer service, maintain client retention and maximize revenue. • Develop a deep level of understanding of Stocktwits’ offerings and a strong base level knowledge of the fintech landscape to elevate prospecting communication with clients. • Supply leadership with regular reports on key data and metrics to drive strategic decision making. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in B2C digital ad sales or partnerships, preferably in the financial industry. • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment and longer-term strategic sales with success in leading and closing large deals. • Excellent selling, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong influencing skills to quickly build credibility, establish rapport and engage in executive level partnerships. • Ability to roll up sleeves and work alongside team members to ensure team success. • Driven, self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset. • Strong leadership experience; ability to foster a positive work environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to efficiently and confidently execute, deliver, and iterate. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships and working collaboratively both internally and externally.
