📋 Description

• Lead all corporate finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Oversee both fiat and crypto treasuries, ensuring liquidity, security, and efficiency • Build and maintain financial models that connect company performance with protocol economics • Manage investor relations, fundraising, and board-level communications • Collaborate with product, legal, and protocol teams on tokenomics, incentives, and compliance • Establish scalable systems for financial operations, audits, and internal controls • Develop frameworks for risk management, custody, and yield strategies • Support grants, contributor payments, and ecosystem funding programs • Serve as a strategic partner to the founders on capital allocation and long-term growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in finance with experience leading or building at a high-growth startup • Understanding of both traditional finance systems and Web3 economics • Strong experience managing budgets, cash flow, and investment strategies • Familiarity with crypto treasuries, stablecoins, and DeFi tooling • Proven success with fundraising, investor communications, and financial modeling • Strong organizational skills and a clear, direct communication style
