📋 Description

• Enter, review, and accurately process customer bookings and campaign orders in the system • Select and contact suitable publishers for customer projects and clarify terms within the defined guidelines • Develop full-service off-page plans with link packages, placement plans, and timelines • Manage ongoing communication with customers and publishers via email, platform, and calls • Proofread SEO copy in German and English • Ensure placement quality through topic-fit, KPI, linking, review, and reporting processes • Maintain existing publisher relationships and identify new relevant sources • Maintain and analyze data in the platform, CRM, and SEO tools • Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and implement processes • Help customers achieve fast, high-quality, and profitable off-page results

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in off-page SEO, link building, digital PR, or publisher management • Excellent written and spoken German • Good English; French is a plus • Experience with at least one SEO tool, such as Ahrefs, SISTRIX, Semrush, or similar • Ability to process a high volume of tasks in a disciplined manner every day • Daily use and review of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude • Report problems proactively rather than waiting for instructions • Accept feedback and apply it next time • Reliability, speed, drive, and willingness to develop
