• Design and implement data pipelines with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ingestion, transformation, and orchestration. • Develop and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries and stored procedures for data processing. • Build scalable solutions in Azure Synapse Analytics (data modeling, partitioning, performance tuning). • Implement and support data lake and warehouse architectures using ADLS Gen2 and Synapse. • Ensure data quality, security, and governance with best practices. • Monitor, debug, and optimize ETL pipelines for performance and reliability. • Automate data transformation and scheduling processes. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Collaborate with architects, BI developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• 5+ years in data engineering • 2–3 years on Azure • Hands-on experience with ADF, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database • Strong SQL/T-SQL proficiency and performance tuning skills • Knowledge of ADLS Gen2, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts • Experience integrating multiple data sources (REST APIs, DBs, flat files) • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and agile methodologies • Understanding of data security, privacy, and governance • Desired: Experience with Power BI, Azure Databricks, or Python • Languages: Advanced Oral English, Native Spanish
