• Analyze customer segmentation and marketing campaign performance • Design and execute A/B testing strategies • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to support marketing and business decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting processes
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within marketing or business intelligence • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and interpreting test results • Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear insights • Experience in analyzing CRM and customer lifetime value data (desired) • Familiarity with marketing funnels and digital performance metrics (desired) • Languages: Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
