📋 Description

• Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence • Understand client business requirements and engage with key portfolios across regions • Provide insights and feedback to delivery teams and CT Demand products and process workflows • Collaborate with Solution Architects, domain experts, and Client Technology team members to enable delivery of technical solutions and cost estimations • Liaise with Service Line Demand Managers to develop and prioritize demand pipelines supporting business vision and growth strategies • Assist with process and product advisory during strategic portfolio conversations • Coordinate with Resource Planners to ensure appropriate resources are available for proposed solution plans • Follow standard methodologies, processes, and tools to respond to customer inquiries within defined SLAs • Support end-to-end digital transformation projects for global enterprise customers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years overall IT industry experience • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience • Ability to work and team effectively with clients and management/PPEDD level stakeholders across geographies • Project management and business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, scope management, cost management, and requirements gathering • Understanding of the latest cloud computing and data technologies • Logical and organized approach to problem resolution • Ability to clearly articulate problems and proposed solutions • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements • Excellent management, interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and organizational skills • Resilience and emotional intelligence • Focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Quality Analyst experience is a plus • Familiarity with the latest technologies in the Microsoft Azure landscape is desired • Work experience in a professional services industry is preferred • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desired
