âą 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in a B2B SaaS or high-growth digital environment. âą Proven track record of managing $100k+/mo budgets while maintaining high ROI âą Advanced ability to build predictive models, manage complex budgets, and forecast pipeline/revenue based on spend. âą Advanced expertise in automation platforms (n8n, Make, or Zapier) and integrating LLMs/AI into marketing workflows. âą High proficiency in CRM and analytics systems (HubSpot, Looker Studio, PowerBI) and advanced tracking implementations (GTM, API-based conversions). âą Strong ability to translate raw data into compelling stories and actionable insights for executive leadership. âą Experience managing a team and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. âą Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
