• process employees' paychecks by collecting their payroll data and timesheets • verifying employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system • issuing deductions, earnings and other statements to employees • updating payroll records regularly • maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system • retrieving data when necessary
🎯 Requirements
• The kind of printer Desk jet, magnetic ink, check paper with watermark, A4 paper, Tape, Flat-rate Envelope with FedEx or UPS Airway Bills • A good Payroll Clerk requires having sharp attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to process data quickly. • They also need strong financial understanding and excellent verbal communication abilities to manage employees' paychecks accurately each month.
