📋 Description

• Senior Sales Analytics Specialist accountable for driving success of sales operations through comprehensive data analysis, insights, and strategic decision support. • Drive tactical and strategic projects with cross-functional virtual teams to achieve business objectives. • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data to provide insights to decision-makers. • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to inform business decisions. • Create documented specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and available data elements. • Define, develop, enhance, and track metrics and dashboard requirements and provide recommendations on trends. • Perform data validation using advanced analysis and tools to ensure analytics are valid and actionable. • Provide strategic decision support, technical advice, and consultation to relevant teams and senior stakeholders. • Create and present reports on trends to convey actionable insights. • Perform any other related tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced understanding of advanced data analysis techniques and ability to uncover strategic insights from data. • Advanced understanding of sales objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends and ability to align analysis with strategic objectives. • Advanced collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior management. • Advanced ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data findings. • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools including advanced Excel, advanced PowerBI, and at least one coding language (DAX, R, Python etc.). • Advanced understanding of SQL for managing and querying relational databases. • Advanced knowledge of data transformation, structuring for analysis, and ETL processes. • Advanced understanding of data security and privacy best practices. • Advanced understanding of the business domain and ability to translate data insights into business recommendations. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science or related field; relevant sales analytics certifications desirable. • Advanced demonstrated experience in a sales or marketing function as a data analyst. • Advanced demonstrated experience in using PowerBI, statistical and quantitative analysis techniques, data visualizations, and data analysis. • Proven track record creating and optimizing reports and dashboards contributing to strategic decision support. • Proven experience providing data-driven support for business planning and strategic decision-making.
