📋 Description

• Design and implement the Group's international tax strategy in alignment with our growth and expansion objectives. • Identify and execute tax optimization opportunities in compliance with local and international regulations. • Ensure compliance with tax obligations in all jurisdictions where the Group operates. • Support strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and strategic projects. • Establish robust processes and tools to ensure reliable tax management in a high-growth environment. • Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in tax law, business law, or equivalent. • Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in international taxation, ideally in the technology or retail sectors. • Strong expertise in tax structuring, compliance, and optimization. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, autonomous, and rigorous working style. • Fluent in English.
