📋 Description

• Maintain and regularly update electronic provider records to reflect provider status and credentials • Obtain additional documentation and verifications and ensure records comply with internal and external standards • Follow Medical Staff Services processes for storing, submitting, and sharing documentation • Document and display current statuses and information in appropriate areas • Create abbreviated CVs for licensing and privileging needs • Complete or request FCVS profiles during primary source verification and licensure • Identify and complete applications for IMLC LOQs • Register providers for required courses, certifications, and recertifications and track completion • Support supervising physician requests and protocol agreements • Complete or facilitate initial and renewal DEA and CSR applications • Complete or facilitate initial and renewal state licensure applications • Register providers and coordinate fingerprinting for state licenses • Follow up with providers, state licensing boards, and other agencies by telephone and email • Participate in corporate and job-specific education sessions • Print necessary documentation and drop it off at shipping locations • Assist with audits and administrative tasks assigned by management • Perform other job-related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED • At least 2–3+ years of professional experience in a similar role • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment • Highly engaged and proactive, results-driven attitude • Authorization to work in the United States
