📋 Description

• Own and manage your sales pipeline, independently guiding deals from initial contact through contract signature • Advise online retailers on shipping volumes, target markets, and growth objectives • Develop suitable cross-border solutions • Create tailored solution concepts and pricing models based on customer requirements • Negotiate proposals with decision-makers • Monitor trends in e-commerce and parcel logistics and apply them to the sales strategy • Share knowledge and market insights with the team • Represent Seven Senders at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings • Manage customer relationships and accounts in the context of European expansion

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience • Proven success in closing deals and building customer relationships • Experience working with KPIs such as conversion rate and pipeline value • Knowledge of e-commerce logistics, for example from a parcel carrier, fulfillment provider, freight forwarder, logistics platform, or the customer side • At least a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred • Persuasive communication skills by phone, email, and in person • Ability to identify customer needs and develop commercially viable solutions • German at C2 level • Fluent English (C1+)
