• Own and drive product strategy: Define the complete product roadmap. • Lead AI product innovation: Drive our AI strategy, implementing opportunities to leverage emerging tools. • Orchestrate large cross-functional initiatives: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • Partner with engineering as a strategic peer: Collaborate closely with our Founding Senior Principal Engineer. • Navigate healthcare complexity: Build products that meet HIPAA compliance requirements. • Build, mentor, and lead a high performing product organization: Scale a world-class product culture.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in product management with 3+ years leading product at the VP/Director level • Proven experience at Series A-C startups, having scaled products from early stage to growth. • Deep, hands-on experience building and scaling products in digital health, clinical settings, or regulated healthcare environments. • Genuine passion for experimenting with emerging AI tools, with the ability to translate capabilities into practical healthcare applications. • Track record of driving end-to-end product strategy creating measurable business outcomes. • Ability to get deep into KPIs and dashboards to measure and evaluate what matters. • Exceptional track record facilitating complex projects across clinical, technical, and business stakeholders. • Strong technical acumen to engage meaningfully with engineering leadership on architecture decisions. • Experience building and managing product teams from the early stage. • Passionate about our mission and able to demonstrate strong customer empathy.
