📋 Description

• Inspect third-party plumbing systems to ensure they meet Water Fittings Regulations • Engage with plumbers, house builders, manufacturers, consultants and customers to promote good plumbing practices • Schedule assigned and additional jobs each day • Plan and prioritise inspections across the geographical area • Visit public buildings, industrial and commercial sites, agricultural premises and new construction sites • Carry out proactive and reactive inspections • Communicate clearly with customers • Accurately record findings as part of statutory enforcement activities • Travel across predominantly Staffordshire • Work on a 1-6 out of hours standby rota

🎯 Requirements

• Good knowledge of plumbing systems • Good IT skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with customers and the general public would be advantageous • Essential driving licence • Ability to adapt as priorities change • Willingness to work a 1-6 out of hours standby rota
