• Carry out asbestos surveys at client sites, including the safe sampling of suspect materials, accurately recording findings in line with job instructions and internal procedures. • Assess identified asbestos risks, providing clear recommendations on removal or safe management solutions, and offering ongoing advice to support client compliance. • Work collaboratively with clients and internal project teams, ensuring effective communication, timely and accurate reporting, and resolution of any site-based issues. • Contribute to quality assurance activities, including audits and corrective actions, and support continuous improvement and best practice.
• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402). • Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, ideally within a similar role or environment. • Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation, regulations, and guidelines. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and document survey findings. • Proficient computer skills, including experience with survey software and Microsoft Office. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • A valid driving license to use in the UK and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
