📋 Description

• Conduct asbestos surveys, safely sample suspect materials, and accurately record findings in line with job instructions and internal procedures • Assess identified asbestos risks, advise clients on appropriate removal or safe management, and provide ongoing support to maintain compliance • Collaborate closely with clients and project teams, ensuring effective communication, timely reporting, and resolution of any on-site issues • Support quality assurance activities, including audits and corrective actions, while contributing to continual improvement and best practice

🎯 Requirements

• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402) • Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, ideally within a similar role or environment • Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation, regulations, and guidelines • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and document survey findings • Proficient computer skills, including experience with survey software and Microsoft Office • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously • A valid driving license to use in the UK and willingness to travel to various sites as required
