📋 Description

• Carry out asbestos surveys and sampling at client sites across the UK • Conduct asbestos surveys, safely sample suspect materials, and accurately record findings in line with job instructions and internal procedures • Assess identified asbestos risks • Advise clients on appropriate removal or safe management • Provide ongoing support to maintain compliance • Collaborate with clients and project teams • Ensure effective communication, timely reporting, and resolution of on-site issues • Work primarily on domestic properties initially

🎯 Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying OR P402 Qualification • Full Driving License for use in the UK • Minimum 6 months relevant work experience in Asbestos Surveying • Technically knowledgeable, safety-focused and highly detail-oriented • Confidence working independently and travelling to and working on client sites • Ability to assess asbestos risks and provide practical, compliant advice • Professional approach • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
