📋 Description

• Carry out asbestos surveys and sampling at client sites across the UK, primarily in domestic properties initially • Safely sample suspect materials and accurately record findings in line with job instructions and internal procedures • Assess identified asbestos risks • Advise clients on appropriate removal or safe management of asbestos • Provide ongoing support to help clients maintain compliance with legal and safety responsibilities • Collaborate with clients and project teams • Ensure effective communication and timely reporting • Resolve on-site issues

🎯 Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying OR P402 Qualification • Full Driving License for use in the UK • Minimum 6 months relevant work experience in Asbestos Surveying • Technical knowledge of asbestos surveying • Safety-focused and highly detail-oriented approach • Ability to work independently and travel to client sites across the UK • Ability to assess asbestos risks and provide practical, compliant advice • Professional approach when working with clients and project teams
