📋 Description

• Carry out asbestos surveys and sampling at client sites across the UK • Work primarily on domestic properties initially • Conduct asbestos surveys and safely sample suspect materials • Accurately record findings according to job instructions and internal procedures • Assess identified asbestos risks • Advise clients on appropriate asbestos removal or safe management • Provide ongoing support to help clients maintain compliance • Collaborate with clients and project teams • Ensure effective communication and timely reporting • Resolve on-site issues • Help clients meet legal and safety responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying OR P402 Qualification • Full Driving License for use in the UK • Minimum 6 months relevant work experience in Asbestos Surveying • Technically knowledgeable, safety-focused, and highly detail-oriented • Confident working independently and travelling to and working on client sites • Ability to assess asbestos risks and provide practical, compliant advice • Professional approach • Ability to conduct asbestos surveys and safely sample suspect materials • Ability to accurately record findings in line with job instructions and internal procedures • Ability to collaborate with clients and project teams • Ability to provide timely reporting and resolve on-site issues
