📋 Description

• Manage administration supporting food specification, pack copy and artwork reviews for UK retailer clients • Provide technical teams with submissions and information needed to carry out reviews • Keep inboxes, job records, trackers and billing up to date • Support account managers and technical teams in delivering work within tight client timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supporting functions in an administrative capacity within a busy working environment • Good working knowledge of Excel • Confidence using different systems and shared inboxes • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, records and reports • Ability to follow processes, work independently and escalate issues when required • Experience with invoicing, purchase orders or supplier follow-up would be an advantage
