📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to technical expert for APAC partners for both pre-sales and ongoing partner success; • Deliver training, product demos, and enablement sessions to help partners grow their ShareGate expertise; • Support partners with upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects; • Facilitate regular business and technical reviews with partners to identify opportunities and risks; • Collaborate with internal teams to relay partner feedback and contribute to product strategy; • Proactively identify ways to drive greater product adoption and long-term success; • Represent ShareGate at partner meetings, industry events, conferences, and webinars.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Support Engineering within an ISV; • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration; • Strong partner orientation and ability to manage shifting priorities; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English); • Confident explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; • Experience working independently while collaborating across multiple time zones; • Highly organized and proactive; • Comfortable representing your team in external-facing engagements; • Asset: Fluent in Japanese.
