• Directs a team of Information Technology professionals in the support of health plan information systems. • Works collaboratively with all levels of health plan leadership and ISD to develop business plans, set priorities and accomplish cross-functional objectives. • Provides leadership for the planning, establishment and enforcement of service standards to ensure information integrity and consistency of the supported health plan systems. • Advises, counsels and educates management, and staff on the impact of emerging technologies and health plan business based information issues.
• 7 Years increasingly responsible health plan management and/or health plan information technology management experience. • 5 Years in a complex, multi-entity health plan system that included a broad scope of technical and/or management experience with extensive interaction at all levels of management and staff. • Experienced with leading the implementation of a large scale integrated IT system in a health plan. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Health Care Administration or related; or 4 years of relevant work experience may substitute for degree.
