📋 Description

• Designing and delivering complex data science models, including machine learning and forecasting approaches, to solve critical business challenges. • Carrying out advanced analysis such as statistical modelling, predictive modelling and data mining to generate clear, actionable insights. • Providing hands‑on technical leadership and guidance to colleagues and suppliers working on analytics projects. • Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of advanced analytics initiatives. • Developing, maintaining and monitoring data‑driven tools and dashboards used across Heathrow for decision‑making.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to apply statistical modelling, machine learning and data science techniques to real business problems, shown through previous hands‑on work. • Experience using modern data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL or Spark to build and evaluate models. • Understanding of data governance and model risk management, ensuring models are reliable and compliant with relevant safeguards. • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders, supporting strong decision‑making. • Experience developing analytical solutions that comply with data protection standards and security requirements. • Experience supporting or leading technical elements of multi‑disciplinary data science projects.
