📋 Description

• Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) function for the Data & Analytics Practice • Drive project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, delivery reporting, and operational excellence across data, analytics, AI, reporting, and data platform initiatives • Partner with Practice Leadership, Data Architects, Engineering Teams, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders • Maintain visibility into service delivery resources and project assignments • Align project demand with resource capacity and skill sets • Coordinate resource assignments across customer engagements and projects • Monitor resource utilization and identify constraints and skill gaps • Track projects and service engagements from initiation through completion • Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables • Facilitate project status meetings, delivery reviews, and customer update meetings • Maintain project dashboards, status reports, risk logs, and delivery metrics • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation and corrective action plans • Serve as the primary escalation point for project delivery and resource-related issues • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams • Communicate project status, risks, resource challenges, and delivery commitments • Support customer satisfaction through proactive communication and successful execution

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Experience with resource planning and capacity management • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications • Experience supporting customer-facing delivery organizations • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required • 5+ years in consulting, program management, or delivery • Strong communication and leadership skills • Experience managing technical/data projects • Experience with Palantir or similar data platforms • Industry/domain awareness • Potential travel requirement of up to 30% based on client and business needs
