📋 Description

• Lead and support IT infrastructure and cloud-based project implementations. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments. Additional platforms as needed i.e. Microsoft Active Directory. • Document project progress, technical configurations, and client communications. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. • Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in IT project engineering or related role. • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, identity management, and enterprise IT environments. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Preferred Skills • Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks. • Experience scoping and requirement gathering of cloud infrastructure, identity management, and enterprise IT environments.
