📋 Description

• Own and maintain Shift Markets' existing automation testing infrastructure. • Build, maintain, and expand automated end-to-end test suites. • Develop new automated test cases using Playwright and TypeScript. • Collaborate closely with QA and Engineering teams to improve product quality and testing efficiency. • Help design and implement API testing capabilities and automation frameworks. • Identify opportunities to reduce manual testing effort through automation. • Investigate test failures and improve test reliability and platform stability. • Recommend improvements to automation frameworks, tooling, and testing processes. • Contribute to quality assurance best practices across the organization. • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, testing workflows, and engineering efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of hands-on automation testing experience • Experience building, maintaining, and expanding automated test suites • Strong experience with Playwright • Working knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript • Understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies and automation best practices • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Experience working within Agile software development environments • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, development, or testing workflows • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
