📋 Description

• Own and execute the roadmap for SAMI and first-party and partner integrations (e.g., ScheduleX, Maple, Stafflion). • Lead API design, data flow mapping, and technical execution with a small, dedicated engineering team. • Partner with Sales and external stakeholders, joining customer and partner conversations to ensure integrations meet real market needs. • Define and track success metrics for integrations (adoption, conversion, retention) and ensure delivery against measurable outcomes. • Evaluate ecosystem opportunities and recommend new integration categories to strengthen ShiftKey’s platform advantage. • Manage and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and external partners. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support go-to-market readiness and accelerate adoption of new integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace, B2B SaaS, or platform products. • Comfort with Postman-type tools and reading/writing API specifications. • Proven track record of technical execution with small, dedicated teams. • Experience in partner-facing roles (sales support, external partnerships). • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps that foster collaboration. • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
