📋 Description

• Own the professional's experience end to end: discovery, placement, and what keeps them coming back. • Define and own Professional Lifetime Value, reporting on it up to leadership. • Build the retention strategy that keeps professionals active for years, not just their first shift. • Design how professionals build reputation and get discovered by facilities. • Make earnings clear - what they make, why, and how to make it better. • Partner with the product manager who owns the facility side to keep the marketplace healthy on both ends. • Direct product priorities and non-negotiables while delivery partners determine how the product is built. • Work asynchronously with teammates in different time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-9 years in product management, with meaningful time on the supply side of a marketplace or platform. • Experience solving for engagement, not just availability, in a marketplace or platform. • Comfort connecting product decisions to unit economics and talking through them with finance. • Sharp data instincts - you instrument before you build, and can diagnose retention vs. discovery problems. • A strong track record partnering across team boundaries you don't fully control. • Must be based in the United States. • Must be authorized to work in the United States; applicants must indicate whether they require sponsorship or employment authorization.
