📋 Description

• Own the product vision and strategy for Carrier Capabilities • Translate business goals into a prioritized carrier capabilities roadmap • Define standardized carrier capabilities and internal representations • Own product decisions for carrier API abstractions, configuration models, error standards, and quality requirements • Review and prioritize new carrier features and API changes • Lead cross-functional delivery for new carrier integrations, major upgrades, and deprecations • Support incident response and post-mortems • Measure carrier integration quality, reliability, upgrade cadence, and operational cost • Build visibility into carrier health, coverage gaps, and capability maturity • Use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to refine priorities • Partner with Carrier Partnerships, Carrier Operations, Solutions Architecture, and GTM teams • Serve as primary product counterpart for senior stakeholders on carrier-related initiatives • Influence multiple product and engineering teams to drive alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience • Significant experience owning technical platforms or APIs • Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives with high ambiguity and high impact • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence senior technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with parcel carrier integrations or logistics platforms (bonus) • Background in software engineering or other deeply technical roles (bonus) • Experience scaling internal platforms used by multiple product teams (bonus)
