📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end production workflow while balancing creative quality and 20-day delivery speed • Develop creative concepts and scripts before production begins • Work within AI-assisted production systems and tools such as ElevenLabs for voiceover • Source and build relationships with creators to ensure briefs are followed and deadlines are met • Review raw footage with a TikTok-native perspective and provide direct corrective feedback • Refine modular ad structures by organizing hooks, bodies, and CTAs for scalable testing and iteration • Lead production for the growing DACH client base • Brief creators, organize workflows, resolve production bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met

🎯 Requirements

• Native or native-level German (C1/C2) • Hands-on scriptwriting and creative concept-development experience • Experience owning and organizing complex production workflows • Fluency with TikTok’s creative style and platform conventions • Comfort working with ambiguity and independently solving production issues • Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback while maintaining creator relationships • Strong creative judgment for identifying high-retention hooks • Ability to collaborate closely with a tight-knit team • Ability to remain calm and resilient under tight deadlines • Significant overlap with Central European Time (CET) and responsiveness during core hours • Comfort working within AI-assisted production systems • Ability to brief creators and manage talent, deadlines, and technical constraints
