• This position is part time. We are looking for someone who can work 25 hours/week, preferably 5 hours/day Monday through Friday during which time your focus will be assisting customers. • A major plus is being able to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday. • Prior experience in customer service helpful. • You have superior communication skills - writing will be most of your job. • The ability to express complex subjects in a simple way will be a key to your success. • You know how retail and running a business works. • You are a problem-solver - You can find creative solutions to complex problems, and do so with a smile! • You manage your time wisely. • You can wear a lot of hats. You’ll be responsible for billing questions, semi-technical questions, setup questions and more. • You play well with others - Even when questioning the status quo, you still work within the team. • You can embrace the occasional "grind" . • You get to the root of the issue. • Bonus points for (let us know in your cover letter if any of these are you!): • Spanish speaking • Experience in tech startups • Chat or phone based customer service experience • Retail or restaurant experience
