• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets, including market entry strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and opinion leaders • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to drive business growth and maximize profitability • Develop and deliver training programs to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and understanding of various applications • Provide clinical support, including answering technical questions, addressing clinical concerns, and resolving issues
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare administration • 5+ years of experience working in shoulder arthroplasty including experience developing surgeon relationships • Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the medical device industry • Strong understanding of medical device products, clinical applications, and regulatory requirements • Ability to advocate for the voice of the customer with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns • Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills
