📋 Description
• Set up, schedule, and monitor batch jobs to support daily system operations • Ensure timely and accurate execution of batch processes within the Facets environment • Review and analyze batch logs to identify and resolve issues • Follow and maintain Facets runbooks to support batch processing activities • Troubleshoot and resolve batch failures, escalating issues as needed • Coordinate with application support, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve operational issues • Support system stability during and after the Facets migration process • Maintain documentation for batch schedules, processes, and issue resolution • Identify opportunities to improve batch performance and operational efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing Facets batch operations • Strong understanding of Facets runbooks and batch processing workflows • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting batch logs • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
