📋 Description

• Support/coach/advise our Client’s Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle • Responsible for Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation • Interacts with Operational and IT personnel in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems to meet user and organizational requirements • Maintains high credibility and ownership of system activities within assigned application • Develops system design, including functional specifications and strategies • Analyzes operational requirements and system capabilities to propose effective solutions • Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes • Provides on-call support, troubleshoots and resolves production support issues during Activation as applicable • Leads meetings as needed, prioritizes tasks, resolves conflicts and manages a project plan

🎯 Requirements

• Current Epic ASAP Certification • 6+ years of recent experience with an implementation • Minimum of 3 years of Epic build and support • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience • Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation • Ability to travel 10%, on average • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Self Motivated, highly-organized and detail oriented skills • Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
