📋 Description

• Under direction of the Applications Manager, support core functions of the health system's processes. • Responsible for Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation as well as application support and issue resolution. • Interacts with Operational and IT personnel to meet user and organizational requirements. • Maintains high credibility and ownership of system activities within assigned application. • Works directly with Operations and provides input on system design and capabilities. • Develops system design, including functional specifications based on analysis of operational needs. • Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes. • Ensures applications are well supported and implementations are properly executed. • Provides on-call support, troubleshoots and resolves production support issues during Activation as applicable. • Meets application deliverables, project timelines, and delivery weekly status reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Epic Cogtio Certification. • 6+ years of recent experience with an implementation. • Minimum of 3 years of Epic build and support. • Experience in application build and go-live. • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. • Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Self-Motivated, highly organized and detail oriented skills are required. • Superior communication and customer service abilities. • Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment. • Must be able to operate independently or with minimum supervision.
