📋 Description

• Support digital and marketing analytics efforts to improve online booking experience and optimize performance across digital channels. • Define metrics that guide growth and collaborate with analytics, engineering, and marketing teams to build scalable data solutions and deliver actionable insights. • ShyftLabs is a growing data product company founded in early 2020 and works primarily with Fortune 500 companies. • We deliver digital solutions built to help accelerate the growth of businesses in various industries, by focusing on creating value through innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, digital or marketing analytics, or related roles. • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake. • Strong skills in building dashboards and reports using BI tools, especially Power BI. • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or equivalent. • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a compelling and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in multi-location retail, healthcare, or veterinary services. • Exposure to marketing attribution, web funnel analysis, or client journey optimization.
