📋 Description

• New business: You bring in founders, executives, and marketing specialists as clients. • Consultation meetings: You conduct consultation meetings with our prospects, explain our services, and, if we're a good fit, convert them into clients. • Account management: You regularly speak with our existing clients and check whether they need further support from us. • Project management: You handle the preparation and follow‑up for meetings held by our strategy consultants.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience in agency and B2B environments. • Negotiation skills: You know how to convincingly present our offering to new prospects. • Strong people skills: You understand when to probe further and when there is no match. • Self-organization: You are organized and quickly get up to speed on new topics. • Strong mindset: You are eager to take responsibility from day one and to keep developing professionally. • Excellent German and English (better than machine translation tools).
