• Own the full lifecycle of the Chronic Disease product portfolio, from product definition and strategic planning to launch, positioning, and post-launch marketing. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns to drive commercial success. • Ensure cross-functional alignment (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to deliver differentiated, customer-focused solutions. • Serve as a Chronic Disease subject matter expert across stakeholder groups including laboratorians, hospital administrators, and ministries of health. • Gather and interpret market dynamics and customer insights to shape portfolio strategy and inform product innovation. • Monitor and analyze competitive offerings. Develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that clearly differentiate our products and demonstrate added value to customers. • Translate customer needs into well-defined product requirements and design inputs.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space. • Proven end-to-end experience including market research, product definition, NPD support, launch planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and training development. • Preferred: Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay background. • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline. • Global or international experience strongly preferred.
