📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for healthcare IoT and connected device solutions • Translate customer service workflows and field operations needs into product features and technical requirements • Work with Solution Architects to align product vision with system architecture • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams • Prioritize features based on business value, operational impact, and customer experience • Drive development of solutions for device monitoring, diagnostics, remote support, and service automation • Collaborate with customer service, support, and field teams to improve issue resolution and service efficiency • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act in product design • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Validate delivered features through UAT, field feedback, and operational metrics • Drive integration with EHR/EMR systems, service platforms, and IoT ecosystems • Partner with DevOps teams on releases, monitoring, and continuous improvement • Track and improve KPIs including uptime, response time, MTTR, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program delivery • Strong understanding of healthcare customer service operations, including support workflows, ticketing systems, and field service • Hands-on experience or strong understanding of IoT / connected devices and edge-to-cloud architectures • Technical background in software development or engineering, with ability to work closely with developers and understand trade-offs • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps • Understanding of NoSQL data stores, such as Elasticsearch, and data-driven applications • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Preferred: experience in healthcare environments, healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM), service management platforms, DevOps practices, remote device management, telemetry and diagnostics systems, and AI/analytics use cases
