📋 Description

• Ensure coordination and reliability of the company’s Finance function while supporting inter-group Sienna evolutions • Perform financial analyses and reporting (monthly and quarterly) • Execute quarterly and annual financial close tasks • Analytical monitoring of the company’s revenues and expenses • Actively participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts • Analyze costs and monitor budget variances, providing strategic recommendations • Perform advanced financial modeling for various scenarios and support decision-making • Prepare and refine presentations for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors • Participate in external audits by preparing required documentation • Support change by adapting methods, processes and tools • Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and continuous improvement of tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (business school or university) • A financial certification (CFA Level 1, CIMA or equivalent) is a plus • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, management control or investment management within an asset manager, financial institution, or audit firm • Excellent IT agility • Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, data analysis) and the Office suite • Experience with a financial ERP (Workday, Pennylane or equivalent) is an asset • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, proactive and flexible environment
