📋 Description

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction of our clients' products • Design and ship high-quality products, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes • Work closely with our clients and our team’s engineers and product managers • Conduct user research to better understand customer needs • Help to shape our design culture and grow our team

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience designing software products • Have a portfolio showcasing strong critical thinking and UX/UI skills • Excellent taste in products and deep curiosity to understand customer pain points • Can think through ambiguous design problems and shape them into a clear vision • Possess impactful communication and storytelling skills • Excited about defining how AI products should look and behave • Nice to have: frontend engineering skills (e.g. TypeScript, React) • Nice to have: experience designing AI products
