📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion, overseeing all scopes of work, conducting executive success reviews, and ensuring measurable ROI through workflow integration, value delivery, and expanded executive sponsorship. • Serve as the executive liaison for health plan leadership, representing Siftwell in high-stakes engagements and reinforcing partnership value through data-driven insights and operational impact. • Translate complex client challenges into actionable strategies, developing pilots, ROI narratives, and executive-ready deliverables that drive measurable outcomes, mitigate risk, and expand relationships. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, designing targeted pilots (quality campaigns, churn reduction, member retention), and partnering with Growth to increase ARR. • Champion the client voice across Siftwell, leveraging structured feedback loops with Product and Data teams to influence roadmap priorities, feature adoption, and long-term client success. • Serve as the connective tissue between clients and internal teams — translating client goals into clear operational priorities across Product, Data, and Growth. • Build and scale a high-performing Customer Success function, balancing healthcare expertise with SaaS capability, and aligning team structure with enterprise growth and client coverage needs. • Act as Siftwell’s strategic ambassador—internally and externally, ensuring client priorities shape company decisions while strengthening executive-level partnerships and market credibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, graduate degree is a plus. • 10+ years in account management, customer success, or consulting in digital health. • 5+ years in healthcare operations (ie. population health, care management, long-term care, quality, behavioral health, or equivalent). • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate operational needs into product development. • Strong commercial orientation with experience supporting sales, renewals, and expansions. • Exceptional executive communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to translate healthcare data and analytics into actionable strategies, effectively bridging communication between clients and data or product teams.
