โข Plan, implement, and optimize performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels โข Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns โข Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot) โข Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships and collaborations โข Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows โข Regularly analyze key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights โข Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams
๐ฏ Requirements
โข Minimum 3 years in marketing โข Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads โข Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) โข Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization โข Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills โข Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions โข Native Mandarin โข English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken) โข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
