📋 Description

• Cultivating and managing strategic relationships with high-value national clients. • Driving account growth through both retention and expansion initiatives. • Engaging with key decision-makers across all levels of customer organizations. • Creating and identifying opportunities in assigned accounts and developing strategies/account plans. • Leading relationship and adoption activities for accounts that are landed by the Business Development Executive. • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. • Resolving customer inquiries, problems, and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction. • Producing and leading regular internal and external business reviews. • Coordinating local resources for pull-through of national accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance or similar field. • 5+ years in Sales. • At least 3 year supporting National level customers. • Travel overnight – up to 50%. • Knowledge of Signode’s products and applications to sell solutions that meet customer’s needs. • Strong manufacturing aptitude. • Ability to use a CRM and read dashboards on PowerBi, with general MS Office proficiency. • Strong technology skills with social media knowledge.
