📋 Description
• Managing BPO vendor relationships and offshore team leads • Coordinating across operations functional domain leads • Vendor performance management and scorecard tracking • Escalation path ownership • Onboarding new vendors and overseeing hiring cohorts • Setting and enforcing vendor performance standards • Coverage planning (OOO, volume spikes)
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of offshore/BPO vendor management experience • Have a strong work ethic: operate with urgency, work independently, be highly organized, detailed oriented and multi-task effectively • Operations and process documentation orientation • Indirect performance management skills • Cross-functional communication • Understanding of benefits including deductibles, co-insurance, out of pocket and benefits exclusions preferred but not required
