• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for the consolidation and analysis of accounting and financial information. • Implement optimized data models for financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits. • Ensure data quality and consistency through validations, alerts, and control processes. • Automate reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics (cash flow, revenue, costs, taxes, etc.). • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. • Optimize processing times and storage efficiency within the Data Warehouse. • Ensure the security and governance of financial data.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer roles, ideally in finance, accounting, or fintech sectors. • Advanced SQL and strong knowledge of data modeling for financial analysis. • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like dbt, Dataform, Airflow, or similar. • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (preferably GCP: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage). • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and processing. • Understanding of accounting and financial principles to design solutions aligned with team needs. • Ability to work with large volumes of data and optimize their processing. • Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with non-technical teams.
