📋 Description

• As the Mobile Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team of mobile engineers responsible for delivering and continuously improving our core product. • You will be responsible for driving execution and operational excellence within the mobile engineering team, ensuring that product initiatives and improvements are shipped with greater speed and focus. • Your role is to resolve issues and support each engineer, enabling the team to deliver efficiently and with confidence. • This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of defined solutions. • Lastly, experience in start-up environments is highly regarded, as it often reflects adaptability, initiative, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings. • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of iOS and Android engineers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high-velocity delivery. • Partner closely with the main stakeholders to align on priorities, translate strategic direction into actionable plans, and ensure seamless execution across teams. • Ensure team productivity and alignment by finding opportunities in our stack & practices. • Track progress, raise issues when needed, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. • Be involved in the delivery of features and improvements to our mobile apps, from idea to production.

• Proven execution capabilities to drive initiatives forward, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and align effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. • Demonstrated experience managing engineering teams, with a strong focus on alignment, clarity, and team development. • A results-driven mindset and a doer attitude, characterized by a strong sense of ownership and a consistent drive to see initiatives through to completion. • Experience working as a mobile developer to contribute a technical perspective and guide implementation decisions when needed.
