📋 Description

• Support a pharmaceuticals client at Simmons & Simmons through corporate or commercial legal work • Work as an Adaptive consultant with a sponsoring Partner and client team • Engage regularly with the sponsoring Partner and client team • Access and use the firm's resources and Know-how while on assignment • Participate in training, development, networking events, webinars, and firmwide events • Complete a full-time, fully remote assignment expected to last 6 months

🎯 Requirements

• Junior/mid-level lawyer with corporate/M&A or commercial experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment • Ideally experience with due diligence • Experience working on restructuring or liquidation is a plus • Proactive and trustworthy • Accountable for work taken on when working remotely • Problem solver with a collaborative approach • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment • Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines • Able to work autonomously and collaborate as part of the wider team • Required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK • Visa sponsorship is not available • Required to undergo the employer's background screening process, which may include a DBS certificate depending on the position
